Shipping and delivery
Every order is made to your artwork, so production only starts once you have approved the proof. All quoted prices are DDP — delivery and import duties are paid by us, so nothing is charged on arrival.

Production time does not include delivery time. If your order is urgent, tell us before ordering and we will confirm whether we can meet your date.
Delivery time
Orders are dispatched by international express courier (DHL, UPS or FedEx) with tracking. Typical transit time after dispatch is 5–10 business days, depending on destination and customs. Remote destinations can take longer.
Duties and taxes
The price you are quoted is DDP and includes shipping and import duties. There is nothing to pay when the parcel arrives. If a carrier bills you for duties or taxes anyway, send us the invoice and we will reimburse it.
Tracking
When your order ships we email you the carrier and tracking number. You can also check progress at any time on your order status page, using the link in your confirmation email.
Delays
Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Production can be slowed by material shortages, and customs can hold a parcel without explanation. If something is going to be late, we will tell you as soon as we know, and we will not leave you chasing us for an update.
Damaged, wrong or missing
If a parcel arrives damaged, or the goods do not match the proof you approved, tell us within 14 days of delivery with photos. We will reprint the order or refund it in full — your choice. See our refund policy for the full process and timings.
Where we ship
We ship worldwide, including the United States, the European Union, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Japan and South Korea. If your country is not listed and you are not sure we can reach you, ask us and we will confirm before you order.
Returns
Everything we make is personalised with your artwork, so finished goods cannot be returned for a change of mind — they cannot be resold to anyone else. Faulty or incorrect goods are always reprint or refund. See our refund policy.
