Process

From file to finished

Four steps. You approve before anything is produced, and it arrives assembled.

  1. Send your artwork

Vector is best: AI, EPS, SVG or PDF. A 300 dpi PNG or PSD also works at final output size.
    See the artwork guide →

  2. We check it and send a proof

Usually within 24 hours. We'll flag anything that won't cut or print cleanly — thin lines, gradients running across a cut edge, text that's too small to hold. You'll see a digital proof before anything is made.

  3. You approve, we produce

Production starts on your approval. Rush is available if you have a convention date — tell us the date and we'll say honestly whether we can make it.

  4. It arrives finished

Everything assembled. Backing cards printed. Bagged individually. Ready to go straight on the table.

Why we send a sample first

The gap between "looks good on a screen" and "looks good in your hand" is the whole thing. Acrylic has a weight, an edge and a transparency that a JPEG can't show you.

So we'd rather spend a few dollars making one piece than have you commit to 300 without knowing.

One check before we start

Every file is reviewed for third-party intellectual property before production. If your artwork contains a character, brand or likeness you don't own or licence, we'll decline the order and refund it in full. Read the IP policy →

Free sample

We'll make one, with your art on it.

Send a file. We'll produce a real piece — die-cut, printed, finished — and mail it. No cost, no obligation.
